Holland Haiis is the country's leading expert on creating greater human connection in the digital age. As an author Holland made global headlines with her book: Consciously Connecting - A Simple Process to Reconnect in a Disconnected World and was quickly acknowledged for her ground-breaking ideas. Hay House recognized Holland as one of 100 Global Thought Leaders along with Suze Orman and Deepak Chopra.

 

For over three decades Holland has developed programs to promote leadership and cultural change. Working with Fortune 500 companies, side-by-side with executives, and those in the C-Suite, assisting them to support their greatest assets - people, time and opportunities, through the power of connection. With a unique background in behavioral psychology, theater and business, Holland has leveraged her experience to provide powerful human relationship solutions to corporations, organizations, and individuals by focusing on the human brain and behavior.  

 

Holland began her career in human resources at one of New York City's largest law firms, Shea & Gould. Next she launched a consulting business concentrating on the transition of physicians into the private sector and worked with some of the country's most preeminent physicians. Her efforts to create meaningful change rely heavily upon the belief that building the best team should be the focus of every organization, and this can be done with the proper tools for success. Holland has developed, designed, and delivered programs to create better communication, cohesive collaboration, and meaningful connections.  Most recently conducting training at New York Presbyterian Hospital -  Weill Cornell and Columbia University Medical Center.
