Holland began her career in human resources at one of New York City's largest law firms, Shea & Gould. Next she launched a consulting business concentrating on the transition of physicians into the private sector and worked with some of the country's most preeminent physicians. Her efforts to create meaningful change rely heavily upon the belief that building the best team should be the focus of every organization, and this can be done with the proper tools for success. Holland has developed, designed, and delivered programs to create better communication, cohesive collaboration, and meaningful connections.  Most recently conducting training at New York Presbyterian Hospital -  Weill Cornell and Columbia University Medical Center. 

   

Holland speaks at conferences, workshops and breakout sessions around the globe, and is often called upon for her expertise by CNN, ABC, NBC, Fox News and many others. Holland believe that by confronting challenges we create opportunities to inspire and develop the next generation of leaders.
